- Dai-ichi Life Insurance
- Deliverables
- 70+ e-learning modules
- Format
- Video lessons, activities, and assessments
Project story
The challenge
Insurance licensing exam pass rates had fallen to approximately 82–84%. Learners across different locations had limited self-study resources, while English-only, text-heavy materials were difficult for people with varied language proficiency to use.
The project called for digital learning that could reach a dispersed audience, support independent study, and improve exam readiness.
What I delivered
- Led the end-to-end development and nationwide rollout of more than 70 e-learning modules.
- Developed scripts, multimedia, interactive activities, and assessments.
- Coordinated with subject-matter experts and stakeholders on accuracy, timelines, budget, user acceptance testing, and rollout.
- Localized content into the local language and supported adoption through the LMS and training-team coaching.
Outcome
The digital learning solution delivered measurable improvements in learning outcomes:
- License exam pass rate increased from 82% to 96%
- Improved learner engagement and completion rates
- Received positive feedback from learners and key stakeholders
The results demonstrated that a learner-centred digital learning approach could improve learning outcomes while addressing both learner needs and business objectives.
